If you find that the meeting headquarters hotel is booked over your preferred dates, we suggest that you book your accommodations at our overflow hotel, Zona Hotel and Suites Scottsdale. This hotel is directly across the street from the Fairmont and is a great alternative. A 20% discount has also been negotiated for ARC attendees on all tennis court fees and complimentary Children’s Programs are also offered to attendees staying at the hotel. You must mention your participation in the ARC when making your arrangements in order to receive the discount. Use of the hotel fitness center is complimentary for attendees and their guests. A complimentary daily hotel shuttle to and from Kierland Common Shopping Center and Scottsdale 101 will also be available.

When calling, please mention that you are attending the Abdominal Radiology Course in March of 2012. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card in the amount of one night’s room and tax.

The deadline for the group room block is March 1, 2012. Reservations received after this date are guaranteed at the group rate but will be confirmed based upon availability. It is possible that hotel rooms and/or specific categories may sell out prior to March 1; therefore it is strongly recommended that you make your reservation as early as possible. Room rates are available three days prior and following actual meeting dates, subject to availability.

Children 18 years or under may occupy the same room as their parents at no additional charge. The hotel will also provide one rollaway bed or sofa bed per room for children 18 years or under, at no charge, if required.

Guest cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
